Cultivation v0.4.2 - Steadier Ground

On a fresh world, a cultivator's very first kill could take the whole world down with it. That's fixed -- and it's the reason to take this update.

Beta disclaimer: Worlds, progress, sects and abodes all carry over, and your config files are left untouched.

💥 FIXED - The First Kill Crash

• A cultivator who hadn't yet meditated (and had never opened the Dao menu) could crash the whole world by killing anything at all -- mob, spirit beast or player, it made no difference.
• Crediting that kill to your Dao tried to create your Dao record from inside the engine's own entity loop, which the engine forbids. That record is made the moment you first meditate -- which is why it only ever struck brand-new characters.
• Dao affinity and drift, night-kill Yin, karma and the Devil Path's Qi harvest now all take the engine's proper deferred path, sharing one Dao record instead of overwriting each other.
• Nothing was corrupted; the world thread simply stopped. Every earlier version is affected, so this one is strongly recommended for live servers.

⚙️ Admin Config, Now in Sections

• /cultivation admin's Config tab was one scroll of sixty-odd settings. It's now nine sections, one per config file: Cultivation, Spirit Cores, Spirit Veins, Breakthrough, Skill Tree, The Dao, Alchemy, Life-Bound Gear and Sects -- each with a one-line summary of what it governs.
• Edits follow you between sections -- change a value, wander off, come back, and it's still there. One Save still writes the lot.

🔤 English Menus, in English

• A few Chinese characters had been left inside the English menu text (Dao title, Five Phases ring, karma tooltip). Gone -- the Simplified Chinese localization is untouched.

Small release, but that first item is worth it on its own. Feedback welcome!
