:jack_o_lantern: Mermaids and Mythical Creatures v4.1.1 - The Haunted Tides

Something has been stirring beneath the waves... :full_moon: For the month of October the seas turn spooky: three Halloween tails and three bras to match, free for every mermaid.

:merperson: Three tails from the deep

• :jack_o_lantern: Jack-o'-Lantern Tail - pumpkin ribs carved with glowing jack-o'-lantern faces, a lower tail burnt black and cracked with embers, and a jagged leaf fluke with smoldering veins
• :skull: Boneyard Tail - a fish skeleton in bone white over shadow: a spine down your back, a ribcage round your hips, and a torn fluke strung on bone rays
• :bat: Nightwing Tail - midnight leather under a fur ruff, witch-light spots down each side, and a scalloped bat-wing fluke trimmed in witch-green
• :spider_web: Find them under the new Halloween heading on the Model tab. Every Curve fin fits and every Curve animation plays, with rolls of their own so those wide flukes don't sink through the floor.
• :art: Seven Halloween colors - Pumpkin, Midnight, Witch Purple, Bone, Slime, Blood and Ghost - plus the eight free ones. The embers, bones and witch-light keep their glow whatever color you pick.
• :ghost: Three new presets for an instant costume: Pumpkin Queen, Bone Siren and Night Witch.

:bikini: Costumes for the masquerade

Three Halloween bras, crafted at the Mermaids Workbench (Armor tab). They protect like the Seashell Bra: +250 Oxygen, +10 Health, 8% physical and projectile resistance.

• :jack_o_lantern: Pumpkin Bra - two carved jack-o'-lanterns on a curling vine halter (2 Pumpkins, 1 Essence of Fire, 3 Plant Fiber)
• :skull: Bone Bra - rib-bone cups and a little skull clasp on a vertebra band (4 Bone Fragments, 2 Fishbones, 2 Plant Fiber)
• :bat: Batwing Bra - a little green-eyed bat with its wings spread over the cups (2 Dark Leather, 2 Spider Silk, 1 Essence of the Void)

:full_moon: Only while October lasts

• Free for everyone, but only newly picked or crafted in October (by the server's date). Once you're wearing a Halloween tail it's yours to keep all year, and so is any bra you've crafted.
• Out of season the tails are locked ("pickable again in October") and the Workbench turns the bras away with a chat note - without eating your ingredients.
• The Halloween bras have no Wardrobe entry, since a Wardrobe look would slip past the October rule.

:key2: For the keepers of the server

Two live switches in the admin menu (Appearance) and MermaidsConfig.json:

• Halloween-Content-Enabled (on) - switch it off and the whole set vanishes; wearers go back to the Curve Tail on their next transform, saved looks kept
• Halloween-All-Year (off) - switch it on to keep everything pickable and craftable year-round
