Mermaids 1.2.6 Update

• Added new cosmetic armor: Seashell Bra - Craftable in Armor bench. Bug in Mermaid form which causes you to see your outfit layers.
• You can transform from snow and fixed the bug where you can only transform from rain when you manually set the weather.
• Fixed bug where the players armor goes over the mermaid tail.
