Mermaids 1.3.0 Update

• Some Mermaid Settings will now save: Example: Tail color and model.
• Changed all the commands to be under one command collection: /mermaids.
• Added 2 potions that transforms you into a Mermaid for a certain period of time.
• Added 1 potion of transformation thatt will permanently transform you into a mermaid when you get in contact with water.
• Config setting that allows you to choose transformation mode, for example how potions are the only way to transform.
• Holding the Fishbone Harpoon will give the player slightly more movement speed.
• Fixed a bug where you could see the armor on the legs of other players when used in Multiplayer.
