Fixed
- Added the Patchwork runtime version and passive heartbeat capability to the packaged telemetry descriptor. Tamework and other shaded hosts no longer report that Patchwork's passive telemetry descriptor is incomplete when a player becomes ready.
- Generated the descriptor version from the Gradle or Maven project version so release updates do not require a separate hard-coded telemetry version.
