host mod's conventional
Server/Telemetry/project.json.

alecstelemetry-runtime:1.1.0; telemetry failures are swallowed after bounded warnings and never block Patchwork lifecycle or reload operations. - Contributed projects are hosted-only. Base-project ID collisions and live same-ID replacement/fallback promotion requires a server restart.
