The Awesome Admin Addon

Adminly is an evolving server administration mod that I shall continue adding functionality to as I continue to encounter things where I go "wow, I wish hytale had that natively"

The goal is to be super lightweight and unnoticable but make over-time server admin and maintainance notably easier for people who don't want to be full-time glued to their console or woken up at 2am as their overseas players find yet another crash (based on actual events, unfortunately)
