Tame, breed, care for, fight with, level up and more all vanilla animals. Train beasts as combat pets, breed livestock for the best harvesting efficiency, and so much more!
Turn all of Hytale's vanilla animals into interactive livestock and long-term companions, worth caring for.
Animal Husbandry gives every vanilla animal, from mice to dinosaurs, deeper gameplay built around taming, ownership, needs, happiness, traits, growth, commands, and progression.
You will automatically be placed in a private demo instance where you can play a brief tutorial to learn the basics of Alec's Animal Husbandry and/or freely experiment with it.
The demo instancing and tutorial system is an alpha project, so please expect to run into bugs!

Predators and other combat-capable Beasts require a bit more effort to tame.
Animal Husbandry is built on Alec's Tamework!, so server owners and solo players can decide how involved the animal systems should be.

Baby animals: Baby animals are supported for all animals that have dedicated baby models, as well as babies added by Celly's Baby Animals. Animals that do not have dedicated baby models will spawn miniature versions of the adult models as babies.
Adding the mod to an existing world is supported. Pre-existing tamed animals can be bridged into Tamework ownership on first successful interaction or command-link. If an older tamed animal does not respond to owner-restricted actions, interact with it or link it once to migrate it.
