Filters

Singleton(Leaves an item in the exporting container for filtering/other mod auto fill)
Whitelist(only the listed items pass)
Blacklist(The listed items will never pass)

Importer(pulls from containers)
Exporter(pushes items into a container)
Set the name of the hopper for it to appear in available links
