A Draconic Stone is the capture tool for an eligible full dragon. Craft it at the Draconic Altar, carry the Dragon Command Flute, tranquilize your target, and hold the stone action for the full three-second channel. See Capturing Dragons for the channel and consumption rules.
Stone recipes
Each recipe creates one stone in the Draconic Altar Capture category.

Every tier can attempt every eligible full dragon; there is no mandatory minimum stone tier. Stronger stones improve the chance of a resolved success, so the progression below is a practical recommendation rather than a restriction:

| Ancient | A guaranteed valid attempt once all prerequisites remain satisfied |
An interrupted or invalid channel does not consume a stone. A channel that resolves as either success or failure consumes one. Lower the dragon's health and keep it tranquilized and in range while you channel.
