Search the right terrain for each creature, then use the Capturing Dragons guide to tranquilize and capture eligible full dragons.

The Soulbound Miniwyvern is made through the Soul Bond and Attunement guide, not found as a wild spawn.
Normal wild Miniwyverns also roam Zone 1 plains in hostile flocks of one to five. These encounters cannot be tamed and do not replace the crafted-egg companion route.
