Soulbound Miniwyvern

The Soulbound Miniwyvern is a personal companion created through a lifelong Soul Bond. It does not appear as a wild creature to capture: each player creates one by hatching the crafted Mysterious Egg.
Create your bond
- Craft the Mysterious Egg at the altar. The Mysterious Egg guide lists the materials.
- Hatch the egg to claim your one Soul Bond. This claim is once per player, so choose the timing deliberately.
- The new Miniwyvern starts in the Wild form and joins the roster in your Dragon Command Flute.
Wild Miniwyverns do not provide a shortcut to a Soul Bond. Use the crafted egg to obtain your companion.
Wild encounters
Normal wild Miniwyverns appear in Zone 1 plains in flocks of one to five. They fly in loose formations with generous spacing, circle in thermals, and rest on the ground between flights. They are hostile: nearby flockmates help attack players with projectiles and swooping bites. A grounded Miniwyvern takes off before attacking.
These wild Miniwyverns cannot be tamed. Elemental forms remain available through Soul Bond attunement.
Roster and active companion
The Miniwyvern lives in the flute roster with your captured full dragons. You can have one active Miniwyvern alongside one active full dragon, letting the two companion types work together while you adventure. Dismiss or store a companion from the roster when you want to change your active pair.
Growth and combat
- The Miniwyvern levels up to level 30.
- It earns one talent point per level for you to spend on its branches.
- Its baseline combat uses aimed projectiles and swooping attacks, so it can contribute from range and then dive into a fight.
- Follow Leveling and Talents to plan projectile, swoop, and durability choices.
Forms, re-attunement, and recovery
The Miniwyvern begins Wild and can be re-attuned later. Each elemental form changes its combat identity; compare the available choices on Miniwyvern Forms, then use Soul Bond and Attunement when you are ready to switch.
If it falls in battle, it can be revived. Keep the right restoration materials nearby and use Summoning and Revival for the current revival sequence and cost.
